Associate Agent*- Compensation potential $35k-$125k. First 6 months up to 1 year salary, then become commission only with income based on New Business and Renewal Premium. Responsibilities include new Property & Casualty Sales, Life referrals, current client multi-lining, establishing referral sources.
Agency Representative*- Compensation range $30k-$70k with incentives. Responsibilities include Property & Casualty sales, reviewing/updating current client base, establishing referral sources, etc.
Customer Service Representative- $10-$15/hour with incentives. Responsibilities include acting as receptionist, assisting Agency Rep's and Associates, standard office administration, remittance/Payments, mail disbursement, supply management, Thank-You notes, etc.
Commercial Associate*- Compensation range $40k- $125k with incentives. Responsibilities include selling Commercial insurance, applying underwriting guidelines, establishing referral sources, updating clients product needs, etc.
* P & C license required for all Associate Agents, Commercial Associates & Agency Representatives. Will sponsor if not currently held.
**All positions include matching 401k and Health Benefit subsidy.
